Today in Code Club we have made ransom note. Showing the amount of money that we need to get an animal or a thing. This is my one.

Movie night

At school we had a movie night. I went with my friend Matthew. We watched Despicable Me 3 we ate lollies and popcorn. It was really fun. My favorite part of the movie was when the Minions escaped from the prison then Gru came past in the rocket and the Minions followed them. I like this part because it shows how creative the Minions are creating the plain/hot air balloon. 

game

Today in code club we played other peoples games. I think that Elijah there was a lot of coding. with my game it didn't take much code. I learnt about making objects move I hope that we can do code club next term. 

Crosses

In art class this term the whole school made crosses. We painted the base coat, than we put on the white outlines. Finally we finished by putting on the colours. I really enjoyed learning to blend. The person on the top is me. The kiwi represents New Zealand, the silver object is the Sky Tower, the 2 hearts on the side are representing love, the koru are representing Māori people in our school and then the GSS sign represents Good Shepherd School.

Assembly

In my class's assembly Gina and I were birds. I was a pukeko and we had a Nest. The assembly was about vertebrates.  We had a take on The Block where we put all our facts that we learnt about invertebrates. I enjoyed making the nest and I learnt about vertebrates and how they have spines.
