Bike Safety

Today Room 5 did a bike safety course. We learnt how to do the 4 point check. The first thing that you check is the brakes. You press the back brake and lift up the bike without moving your hands off the handle bar then you do the same with the front brake. Be careful if the bike swings back at you it really hurts!!!
The second is the tire pressure. Press the tires with the palm of your hand and if it is flat fill it up. The third check is the rear red reflector. The last but not least is the bolts or the quick release on your wheels.
